Instigating the network

With help of a design workshop, a collaborative network was founded between transporter Connexxion, care organization Zuidzorg, TU/e and the municipality of Eindhoven. Each step within this workshop was carefully designed and its process analyzed, so it could published at the Cambridge Design Management Conference (CADMC). CADMC Paper

Guiding research & innovation

Decision making within the collaborative network was supported through qualitative user research and co-design workshops with elderly. My role was to guide and research how knowledge sharing between stakeholders may persist. The projects that were created within the network were then guided into individual innovation projects; IRIS, Skewiel, Opstap and MOCA. Grey but Mobile Project Website
